Have your APN number available when you register online.
You may put tree debris / slash piles across the street from your residence on common area so it is readily accessible. Please let HBMC know when you have registered your property. This will assist HBMC volunteers to clean up the common area by adding to the registered piles.
Sincerely,
Dennis Sanderson
Leash laws protect citizens and their pets. They help to prevent bites, animal fights, tipped trash cans, traffic accidents, lost dogs, and diseases passed from wild or stray animals. San Bernardino County has an ordinance (SB. Co. 2100, 32.018) which restricts any animal from running loose on any public area or private property without the property owner's consent. When a dog is off his property it must be on a leash.
